Holland Marine Electric is recognized by SBB as a learning company. This means that we fulfill all the conditions for students of vocational schools and vocational offer a full apprenticeships. On 29 August 2016, HME got the certificate!

Holland Marine Electric (HME) has participated in a large project to make energy from the shore usable for large seagoing vessels in IJmuiden and Scheveningen. By using the (green) power from the shore, diesel engines can be switched off, making the air cleaner and local residents less nuisance from the vibrations and noise of the port. A beautiful project that we are very proud of!
